We feature eclectic "small plates" which are an inspiration of the flavors we enjoy, reimagined in our own way. This concept celebrates variety, and is a way to experience multiple perspectives in a single meal. The goal with our menu is to align with seasonal and local produce to the best of our ability, and provide a little something for everyone to enjoy.
Our craft cocktails are a fun mix of originals, and some odes to the classics. For example, the Au Revoir is our herbaceous take on the vesper martini, and our staple Marrow Old Fashioned provides savory take on the original. If our menu selections don't catch your interest, we have a full bar and crafty bartenders who can guide you in the right direction.

"Natural wine" is an umbrella term used to describe low-intervention, and often organic, or biodynamic methods of winemaking.
We like to call it "ancient wine", because it's essentially how the first ever wines were created: grapes are hanging out in the field and are coated by native yeasts present in the air. The fruit is then picked by hand and put into a vessel, then crushed to released the juice. Those wild yeasts spontaneously break down the sugar in the grapes which produces alcohol. No pesticides are used on the plant, and no synthetic chemicals, yeast strains, dyes, sugar, or sulfites* (there is an exception here) are added during the wine making process, hence low-intervention.
These grapes are typically produced in small or family-owned vineyards so they turn against the industrialization of the wine industry, which is not sustainable and has negative impacts on the planet. Natural wines also have less sugars and less histamines, which means less of a hangover, and we are happy about that :)
*Minimal sulfites (usually <20ppm) may be added to stabilize and preserve shelf life. All wines contain at least some sulfites as it is a natural byproduct of grape fermentation.
