The Black Cat is a cozy neighborhood bar and restaurant in the heart of downtown Livermore, CA owned by two local partners from right here in the Tri-Valley.  We are currently open for dinner service Thursdays-Sundays. (We are a small space with only 5 tables inside, a small bar, and quaint front + back patios, so we highly encourage reservations!)

 We offer hand-crafted cocktails, low intervention and local wines, eclectic small plates, and immaculate vibes.

All wines are priced for retail - corkage $18.

On Friday and Saturday, dinner is served until 8:30pm. After 9pm we turn the lights low, the music up, and start grilling up SPAM musubis for our "After Dark" menu. All food and drinks must be ordered through your bartender at this time! Last call at 11:15pm.

This classic enclosed booth print two photo strips in less than two minutes in your option of black/white or color and produces beautiful and high quality photos (that make everyone look like supermodels). Swing by during our open hours to take a pic, and while no food or beverage purchase is required to use our booth, it is certainly appreciated!

THE CATIO IS OPEN!!

We have a hidden patio located straight through the back of our dining room! The catio is uncovered and currently OPEN on weather permitting days.
